Clients should arrive with groomed brows and a clean face. Brow grooming services are available for an additional $10 if needed.

Cell phone usage is not permitted during services to maintain a distraction-free environment.

A $50 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required per person, applied to the total service cost.

The remaining balance is payable in cash or via Zelle; credit/debit cards are not accepted.

Yes, a $20 late fee will be charged for appointments starting 10 minutes late. Appointments delayed by 30 minutes will be cancelled, with the deposit considered nontransferable.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. No-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance or will be banned from booking again.
