Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring to my photography session?
Clients should arrive with groomed brows and a clean face. Brow grooming services are available for an additional $10 if needed.
Can I use my cell phone during the photography session?
Cell phone usage is not permitted during services to maintain a distraction-free environment.
A $50 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required per person, applied to the total service cost.
What payment methods are accepted for the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is payable in cash or via Zelle; credit/debit cards are not accepted.
Is there a late policy for appointments?
Yes, a $20 late fee will be charged for appointments starting 10 minutes late. Appointments delayed by 30 minutes will be cancelled, with the deposit considered nontransferable.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. No-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance or will be banned from booking again.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
A $20 nonrefundable deposit per person is required to secure bookings, deducted from the total charge. Travel fees vary based on distance; please email chirosiannas@gmail.com or text 469-770-0891 for a full quote.
