Makeup Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The remaining balance can be paid via credit/debit card.
Appointments will be canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation is not allowed—please be sure before booking
Same-day or last-minute appointments will incur an additional $20 fee, which will be added to your total at your appointment.
Promotional Content
By booking with Rosiannas Studios, you agree to allow us to use pictures and videos from your session for promotional purposes on social media. If you do not want your images posted, please inform us in advance.
Photography Terms & Conditions
No deposit = No booking.
Once the deposit is made, the final payment is due on the day of your shoot.
Once your session is booked, all other potential clients will be declined for your selected date and time.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rescheduling Fee: $50 (must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before your shoot to retain your deposit).
You may only reschedule once.
No-call, no-show clients will forfeit their deposit and be banned from future bookings.
Lateness Policy
A $35 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes of lateness.
Lateness will result in a shorter session.

Extra pictures can be purchased for $10 per image.
Watermarked proof/unedited pictures will be sent within 24 hours for selection.
Final retouched images will be delivered within 7 days after selections are made.
Style & Backdrops
Please review our portfolio before booking to ensure you like our style. We will only make adjustments to images we can enhance.
Studio backdrops and designs are for in-studio shoots only.
For home services, please have your setup ready—we will assist with any decorations you have, but we do not bring backdrops for home sessions.
