Booking Requirements

• Prior to booking, please read and understand our policies below.
• Clients must arrive with groomed brows and a clean face.
• Brow grooming services are available for an additional $10.
• Cell phone usage is not permitted during services.
• Only booked clients are allowed on the premises.

Payment Policy

• $50 deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, applied to the total service cost.
• Remaining balance is payable in cash or via Zelle; credit/debit cards are not accepted.
• Please have exact change if paying with cash.

Late Policy

• A $20 late fee will be charged for appointments starting 10 minutes late.
• Appointments delayed by 30 minutes will be cancelled, with the deposit considered nontransferable.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance or will be banned from booking again.

Additional Information

• A $20 nonrefundable deposit per person is required to secure bookings, deducted from the total charge.
